About Trail of the Snail Game

Can you help SpongeBob get reunited with his best friend in the Trail of the Snail game? It seems that Gary has run away from home while his owner wasn't looking! Now, the cute sponge must look everywhere for his dear companion and bring him back safely. Will you lend him a hand as he searches all around Bikini Bottom?

It's time to begin your pursuit! Your task for today's mission is to find SpongeBob's trusty snail. Head off to each location, paddle away all the twins filling the screen, and talk to your friends. Find out more information about your missing buddy, then search high and low until he's back home!

How to Play

Now is your chance to put your detective skills to use! Luckily, the only tool you need to use is your mouse. Click on a character, then tap on his identical twin. If you select the pairs correctly, they will disappear, leaving you more free space for your pursuit!

Open your map and get ready to go to the first location! The most important decision you have to make is regarding the difficulty: Easy, Medium or Hard. If you're playing the game for the first time, you should begin with the lowest setting. Once your skills improve, you can always change the complexity and challenge yourself.

To find the character you are looking for, you must use SpongeBob's paddle ball and plunk the pairs of twins, which will disappear. However, you must make sure not to hit your target, or you will have to restart the current area.

Remember to also watch the clock! If you can't get rid of all the impostors before time is up, it'll be game over for you!

What else you should know

It's important to keep an eye out for the fish hook! If it snatches a twin, you must click a starfish and make the remaining pair go away. However, you can stop it before it steals any of the characters by tapping on it. Doesn't that sound easy?

If you're aiming for a high score, look for bubbles, blowfish, or jellyfish. Click on any of them, and you will earn some extra points! At the end of each stage, you will unlock the bonus round, which will fill up the screen with these items. Remember that they will quickly float away, so you need to act fast!

SpongeBob needs your help, so there's no time to waste! Head off on your adventure together with your buddy, and make sure to find Gary!
