Controls

Up arrow key:

- Slide down slopes (except for Frog Mario).

Left/Right arrow keys:
- Walk left and right.
- Run (when holding the X key).

Z Key:
- Jump (hold for a higher jump).
- Swim (press repeatedly).
- Fly or float with Raccoon Mario or Tanooki Mario (after jumping, press repeatedly).
- Super Jump (press after jumping on an enemy).

X Key:
- Run (hold while moving left or right).
- Pick up and kick Koopa shells.
- Use the tail attack with Raccoon Mario or Tanooki Mario.
- Throw fireballs as Fire Mario.
- Turn into a statue as Tanooki Mario (press while holding Down).

Enter Key: Start the game.

Throughout your adventure, you'll encounter many different enemies! Some enemies, like Piranha Plants, Goombas, and Koopa Troopas, are familiar faces from past Mario games. But watch out for new enemies like the Fire Snake, a moving chain of fireballs, or the Chain Chomp, a ferocious ball and chain that guards some areas. In the water, you might encounter Bloobers and Cheep Cheeps, while underground, you'll find Buzzy Beetles and Spikes. Each enemy has its own unique way of attacking, so you'll need to use your skills and power-ups to defeat them!

As you explore each level, keep an eye out for blocks with question marks on them! When you hit these blocks, something awesome might pop out, like a Super Mushroom that makes Mario grow big and strong, a Fire Flower that lets him shoot fireballs at enemies, or even a Super Leaf that gives him a raccoon suit so he can fly!

Tips and Tricks for a Super Adventure

Don't forget to collect coins as you play! If you collect enough, you'll get an extra life. Try to finish each level as fast as you can, too, because that will give you bonus points.

But be careful! There are a few ways you can lose a life:
- Touching an enemy: If you touch an enemy, you'll lose a life. But if you're Super Mario, you won't lose a life; you'll just shrink back down to regular Mario. If you're Fire Mario or Raccoon Mario, you'll turn back into Super Mario. And don't worry, if you do get hit, Mario will flash for a few seconds, and during that time, he's invincible!

- Falling into a hole or fire: Watch your step! If you fall into a hole or touch fire, you'll lose a life.

- Running out of time: Each level has a timer. If you run out of time, you'll lose a life, so be quick!
