Ingredients:
- 1 (7-ounce) package of waffle cones
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 2 (1-quart) containers of premium vanilla ice cream
- 1 (16-ounce) container of fresh strawberries
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- 1 pint of fresh blueberries
- 2 ripe bananas
For Garnish:
- Fresh whole strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
Directions:
1. Turn on the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Put the waffle cones, melted butter, and sugar in a food processor and mix until it looks like crumbs.
3. Press the crumbs into a springform pan.
4. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool down.
6. Put the strawberries and powdered sugar in the food processor and mix until it's smooth.
7. Take the strawberry mixture out and put it in a bowl.
8. Put the blueberries and powdered sugar in the food processor and mix until it's smooth.
9. Take the blueberry mixture out and put it in a bowl.
10. Mash the bananas with a fork in a big bowl and mix in the powdered sugar.
11. Take one container of vanilla ice cream and mix it with the strawberry mixture.
12. Put the strawberry ice cream mixture in the freezer until it gets a little hard.
13. Take the other container of vanilla ice cream and divide it in half.
14. Mix half of the vanilla ice cream with the blueberry mixture.
15. Mix the other half of the vanilla ice cream with the banana mixture.
16. Put the blueberry and banana ice cream mixtures in the freezer.
17. Now it's time to build the pie! Spread half of the strawberry ice cream mixture in the crust.
18. Put the pie in the freezer for 30 minutes.
19. Take the pie out and spread the banana ice cream mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
20. Put the pie back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
21. Take the pie out and spread the blueberry ice cream mixture on top of the banana layer.
22. Put the pie back in the freezer for 30 minutes.
23. Take the pie out and spread the rest of the strawberry ice cream mixture on top.
24. Freeze the pie for 3 hours or until all the layers are hard.
25. Take the pie out of the freezer and decorate it with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
