How to Play

You will need your mouse to play this game. Click on the ingredients to add them to your bowl and follow Sara's instructions.

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- ¾ cup of heavy cream, whipped
- 1 tablespoon of matcha green tea powder
- 3 tablespoons of hot water

To Decorate:
- Fudge sauce
- Cherries
- Wafer cookies

Directions:

1. First, mix the matcha powder with hot water in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks and sugar together.

3. Slowly pour the milk into the egg yolks and sugar, mixing everything together.

4. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook it over low heat until it gets thick.

5. Take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool down.

6. Pour the cooled mixture into a big bowl and add the matcha mixture. Mix it well.

7. Now, gently mix in the whipped cream.

8. Pour this ice cream mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it for 20 minutes.

9. Put the ice cream in a container and freeze it for 2 hours.

10. Take the ice cream out of the freezer, stir it well, and put it back in the freezer for another 2 hours.

11. Take it out again, stir it, and then freeze it for 8 hours or overnight until it's completely hard.

12. Now your ice cream is ready! Scoop it into a bowl and add some fudge sauce, cherries, and wafer cookies on top.
