- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 16 ounces cream cheese frosting
- 1 package of white chocolate chips, melted
Decorations:
- Multi-colored sprinkles
- Crushed walnuts
- Cherries
- Candy Santa faces
- 1 package of milk chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Turn your oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) so it gets nice and toasty.
2. Make the Batter: Mix the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a big bowl. Use a spoon or mixer to make it smooth.
3. Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and pop it in the oven for 40 minutes. Then, take it out and let it cool completely.
4. Crumbly Fun: Break up the cooled cake into a food processor. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and mix in the cream cheese frosting.
5. Chill Out: Put the mixture in the fridge for at least 3 hours to make it firm.
6. Roll the Balls: Once the mixture is cold, use your hands to roll it into little balls. Put them on a tray with wax paper.
7. Chill Again: Put the cake balls back in the fridge for a few more hours.
8. Chocolate Dip: Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each cake ball in it with a fork. Place them back on the wax paper.
9. Decorate! This is the fun part! Use sprinkles, walnuts, cherries, Santa faces, and melted milk chocolate to decorate your cake balls and make them look extra special.
